About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Design Mentor to lead our offline cohorts and mentor aspiring designers. If you have industry experience and love teaching, this is a great opportunity to shape the next generation of UI/UX professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging offline classes on UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Guide students through real-world projects and portfolio building.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback on design assignments.
  • Teach tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and usability testing platforms.
  • Cover key topics like user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and usability testing.
  • Help students prepare for mock interviews and job placements.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (agency/startup/corporate).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and design frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and usability principles.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, training, or teaching is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students grow.
