UX/UI Designer

UX/UI designer KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS - The road map of the expertise domain is created and communicated to stakeholders. - The standards and Framework are: - Built - Deployed - Supported - Checking actions and capitalization of good practices are realized. - Build and monitor the Obsolescence treatment plan of the expertise domain. - Provide necessary assistance to project or support teams - The UX/UI Designer: - Applies the rules, tools and methods of the UX/UI profession to DCTI, - Coordinates the various design activities (UX/UI) in the projects, - Contributes proactively to the internal life of the entity (training, content dissemination, acculturation, design system, UX "Atomic Research", team meeting, DCTI UX community of practice) - Positions himself as a facilitator between the IS, Digital, Business and end-user teams, - Knows and applies the principles of "Design Thinking" in his practice, - Knows and applies the principles of Agile and Lean, - Knows and applies the principles of the product approach, - Knows and applies the principles of web design - Promotes the UX/UI DCTI tools and methods to the employees and service providers with whom he/she works. - Contributes to the transverse UX approach(es) identified in the Community of Practice (CoP) projects (accessibility, UX Atomic Research, Design system, Quality of Experience measurement, etc.). - Is a referent for one or more UX activities (empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, testing) within the UX team. - Brings a creative and disruptive mindset to project teams to help them design a tool / service appropriate to the user need His/her missions are as follows: - Takes charge of the collection of customer needs and makes a proposal for an adapted UX intervention using the DCTI UX/UI tools and methods - Prepare, lead and analyze UX workshops (empathy map, user journey, design studio, card sorting, focus group, etc.) to deliver the appropriate deliverable(s) (persona, experience curve, user flow, draft mock-up, information structure, etc.) - Prepares, leads and analyzes qualitative user research phases (interviews, observation, diary study...) and/or quantitative research phases (log analysis, analytics exploitation if available, UX scale-up...) - Transcribes the results of research into deliverables such as: story boarding, mid-fidelity and high-fidelity models, prototypes - Masters pre-prototyping (Balsamiq), web design (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping (Adobe XD, Figma) tools (UX/UI) - Prepare, lead and analyze user tests - Carries out ergonomic audits based on recognized evaluation grids in the field of UX Design - Applies the principles of current web design in the conception of its models while respecting the guidelines defined by the Design System of the group - Regularly monitors the implementation of developments to ensure that they are consistent with the shared UX/UI recommendations - Systematically performs a closing of his/her intervention and uses the UX DCTI tools dedicated to this activity. - Feeds the Design System and participates in workshops on the design system and UX "Atomic Research - Actively participates in team and entity meetings - Integrates at all stages of its activity the IS, Digital, Business and end-user teams - Carries out a technological and scientific watch on his/her field of expertise UX/UI - Reports on the progress of UX/UI activities of the projects for which he/she is responsible, to a "UX/UI Leader - Shares and communicates with peers on best practices, expertise and project feedback - Produce templates, assets, training modules, etc. necessary to deploy UX/UI knowledge within DCTI and the company - Coach the members of the project teams (squads etc.) in the use of the materials and the development of internal UX/UI skills within the team - Actively contributes to the community of practice, attends meetings and produces deliverables on the project he or she has chosen to support (Accessibility, Data Viz, UX Atomic Research, Design System, Quality of Experience Measurement, etc.) - Promotes the DCTI UX tools and methods during his or her interventions by using the "templates" available, and by having them adopted by his or her UX and non-UX colleagues, both internal and external
