**Main Responsibilities**:
1. As an UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our student success and their admission journey with us.

2. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

3. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

4. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces

5. Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components

6. Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

7. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

8. Understand the limitations of our business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary

9. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

10. Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines

11. Investigate and demonstrate understanding of the industry's most recent trends and innovations.

**Qualifications**:
3. Portfolio of work projects in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms(if applicable)

5. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

8. Must be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments internally and externally

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
