**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning and user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop high-quality UI designs, including layout, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.
- Ensure consistency in design standards and brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance and iterate designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to UI/UX design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in an advertising or brand agency.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a range of design styles and problem-solving skills.

**Salary Range**:

- 20,000 to 25,000 Max differs on years of experience and expertise in the work.
