We're Hiring: Full-Time Figma Designer / UI/UX Designer

Remote 6AM CST - 2 PM CST| Wise Payout | $650 – $800 / month (depending on experience)

NOTE: You are not allowed to have another job while working with us. We require someone who is focused and dedicated to our project, we do not want our designer to be burnt out, tired, or inconsistent in their work. We are wanting to build a meaningful UI for our users to interact with. NOTE: We are NOT creating landing pages, we are creating a SAAS, a web application that will have features, features that will connect with each other across various pages, the UI must be consistent and easy to use based on feedback that we will discuss once you are hired. We are looking for a dedicated and creative Figma Designer to join our remote team If you have strong design skills, experience in UI/UX, and a keen eye for detail—this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Be in constant communication with PM to discuss UI design choices.

Design user-friendly interfaces and develop mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.

Build interactive prototypes with transitions, animations, and micro-interactions.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers for seamless project execution.

Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and improve designs based on feedback.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and apply best practices in design.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, libraries).

Willingness to look at inspiration prior to starting a design [Mobbin, UXArchive, nicelydone, etc.]

Experience in UI/UX design (minimum 2–5 years preferred).

Knowledge of User Experience, user flows, and wireframing.

Reliable PC/MAC and stable internet connection Required.

Familiarity with responsive design and design systems.
