Job Description
- We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. Your expertise in user experience design will help shape exceptional user interactions and enhance overall user satisfaction.

Experience Needed - 3+ years

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.
- Develop intuitive and visually pleasing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Optimize designs based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Develop responsive design for Mobile, Web, Tablet, and multi-size screens.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Must have HTML, CSS, SCSS, and BOOTSTRAP skills
- Good to have knowledge of Javascript, Vue.js, React.js, GIT
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects across various platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
- Knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with front-end development principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
