**Job Description**:
**Title: Project Support Officer**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team. The Project Support Officer will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure the smooth implementation and completion of projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating project documentation such as plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Keep project files and documents organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project events.
- Manage project-related correspondence and communication.
- Provide administrative and project support to project managers, including project registration, governance, and reviews.
- Update project status and maintain reports using tools like Excel, MS tools and other Scheduling and tracking softwares.
- Administer project meetings by scheduling calls, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes and circulating meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with project managers to track key project activities.
- Aid in developing project schedules and plans tailored to each project's needs.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling projects, including managing risks, issues, actions, and following up on them.
- Support project resource management.
- Generate reports for management presentations on a Monthly basis.
- Coordinate critical assurance checkpoints (Stage Gates) for all projects.
- Facilitate Project CAB and Handover to Support meetings and processing of projects/changes in the Service Management System.
- Ensure monthly patching of project servers is taking place without fail.
- Ensure Lessons learned document is kept up to date and do regular follow up with PM’s to contribute to the document.
- Fulfil any other reasonable responsibilities as required.

**Education: Bachelor’s Degree**

**Experience (years)**: 2+ Years

**Industry / Technology background**: IT Services, support, Project Support, Data Centre Assurance & Infrastructure Management

**Location**: Mumbai

**Working Hours**: Full-Time UK Hours, Possible On-Call/Shift Timings
