**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement training programs for retail teams across multiple stores.
- Create and update training materials (manuals, presentations, guides) in line with company objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions.

Store Training Delivery
- Lead new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs for retail employees.
- Train teams on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and store operations.
- Conduct interactive workshops and mentoring sessions to maximize engagement and retention.

Performance Monitoring & Feedback
- Provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams for performance improvement.
- Track training effectiveness using performance metrics and assessments.

Collaboration with Store Managers
- Work closely with store managers to address store-specific training needs.
- Help build a consistent learning culture across all retail locations.
- Coordinate training schedules with store managers to ensure mínimal operational disruption.

Training Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback forms, surveys, and sales performance data.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, employee progress, and areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance training programs based on industry trends and internal feedback.

Knowledge Management & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on retail trends, training methodologies, and product innovations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-development among the retail team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3-4 years of experience in retail training, learning & development, or store operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales training, and customer service best practices.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for large teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training impact and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
