Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Retail Trainer based in various locations across multiple cities. The Regional Retail Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs that enhance the skills and performance of retail teams. Responsibilities include evaluating training needs, preparing instructional materials, delivering training sessions, coaching team members for on-ground improvement, supporting customer service initiatives, and ensuring excellent product and brand knowledge across the region. Ensure store capability in managing operations and customer handling skills. Conduct training programs for the region as per the training calendar. Manage the training budget efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams
  • Graduate with 0 to 2 years of training experience in the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in English and Regional language.
  • Willingness to travel extensively both locally and upcountry for store visits and training programs.
  • Familiarity with various training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, classroom training, e-learning, workshops, etc).
  • Coordination and analysis of training activities.
  • Ability to adapt training techniques to meet diverse employee needs
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or courses in training, retail, or customer service are advantageous
