Department: L&D

Reporting to: Regional Training Manager

Requirements & Skills:

  • Delivering exclusive sales training
  • Minimum two years as a sales trainer
  • Compete knowledge about sales process in BFSI
  • Providing solution real time for sales problem in training
  • Handled real time objection in BFSI industry
  • Grooming etiquette as a trainer
  • Visited field to understand the sales challenges

Qualification and skills:

  • Demonstrated 4+ years of experience in BFSI industry, including knowledge of mortgage products.
  • A Masters degree in any stream
  • Readiness to travel as required within the region.
