  • Prepairing training calender for the month, quarter basis the forcast received from the operations & quality. Updating trainers on process change, new inititaive, product launch etc.

  • Identify areas of knowledge gap and follow it up with appropriate refresher plans for the required population

  • Identify, Develop and conduct training in new competency which is significant to Business needs

  • Train New sales Representatives by conducting orientation to sale process

  • Develop individual coaching plans, Providing resource and assistance

  • Determining Training Needs by conducting TNA

  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approach and techniques

  • Accomplishing sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed

  • Conducting feedback and coaching sessions for Bottom Quartiles

  • Draw a plan of action in co-ordination with stake holders, Operations based on feedback to improve operational and training performance

  • Plan and deliver training on schedule time lines

  • Communication training updates with stake holders

  • Strong Communication Skills in English & Hindi

  • People management

  • Stakeholder management

  • Proficiency in MS Office & Power point

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Ability to manage full training cycle

  • Drive for results

  • Hands on experience of e-learning platforms

  • Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate

  • Experience in sales profile would be an added advantage
