**Organization Overview**

Bright Future (BF) is an NGO based in Mumbai that empowers youth to make informed decisions about their career and thus enables them to transform their passion into gainful employment through life skills development, career development, mentoring support, internships, and placement opportunities. Bright Future also builds capacities of key stakeholders like parents and schools who play an instrumental role in creating a conducive environment for enabling youth to make informed decisions independently about their career and life.

**Overview of the Department**

As a team ‘Innovation’ is responsible for L & D (Learning and Development) and M & E (Monitoring and Evaluation) of the programs undertaken by Bright Future. The department develops and designs new Programs as and when needed for intervention in the marginalized communities we work with.

**Area of Support**

**NSDC Content Training**
- Develop an understanding of the NSDC Content mapped by Bright Future for our Programme.
- Create a Training Plan for the current Youth Development Training Centre Facilitators.
- Train the Facilitators.
- **This is an immediate requirement
