**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to mobilize students for various programs offered by ISIEINDIA.
- Conduct outreach activities, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about the programs and benefits of enrollment.
- Oversee the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and training centers to facilitate student enrollment.
- Ensure that all students are registered on the ISIEINDIA portal accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to students during the registration process.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale within the mobilization team.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student mobilization, enrollment management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
