We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Executive** to join our e-commerce team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and increase sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaign Management**:

- Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive product sales and engagement.
- **E-commerce Platform Optimization**:

- Ensure product listings are SEO-optimized to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling product descriptions and ad copy.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to grow followers and engagement.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate with the design team for high-quality creatives.
- **Collaborations and Partnerships**:

- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to expand reach.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate marketing programs.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct customer feedback surveys and implement strategies to enhance user experience.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising tools.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing platforms like Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon or Shopify is a plus.
