Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Aurangabad

Requisites:

· Qualifications: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: 4-7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications. Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns (both digital and offline).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

· Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.

· Data-driven with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.

· Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, social media, etc.).

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

· Manage and optimize the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with current and potential customers.

· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to create aligned marketing campaigns.

· Create and manage content for blogs, email newsletters, website, and social media.

· Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.

· Develop creative assets (ads, brochures, presentations, etc.) in collaboration with design teams.

· Plan and execute events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

· Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign impact.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
