Position We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Executive This role will play a critical part in expanding our reach and making our hospital s services more familiar to the community at large Key Responsibilities Plan organize and execute health check-ups and screening camps in residential areas housing societies and community centers Engage with religious and community groups to arrange health talks and wellness sessions with hospital doctors Build relationships with local leaders influencers and community organizations to promote the hospital s services Act as a liaison between the hospital and the local community to increase awareness of available medical services Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns in the community Collect and analyze feedback from community outreach efforts to continuously improve engagement strategies Enroll new patients into our ambassador program and keep them engaged Facilitate communication between the hospital and potential patients ensuring that community members are aware of key services doctors and special programs Assist with organizing hospital tours for community leaders potential patients and local organizations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that outreach initiatives align with hospital goals and branding Requirements Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Marketing Public Relations or any other related field Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse community groups Experience in organizing events health camps or wellness programs is a plus Knowledge of healthcare services and terminology is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as outreach events may require Self-motivated with a passion for public health and community engagement About Asian Heart Institute Asian Heart Institute is India s 1 cardiac hospital dedicated to incorporating the latest technological advances and ethical practices to provide quality heart care at reasonable costs As a JCI NABH and ISO-accredited hospital with a staggering success rate of 99 83 in bypass surgeries and an overall 99 4 in cardiac surgeries we are considered among the best globally Our foundation rests firmly on four core pillars Ethics Experience Excellence and Expertise At the heart of our approach is a steadfast commitment to integrity and ethical practices ensuring that every patient is treated with the highest level of respect and care We take pride in our team of renowned experts each contributing years of specialized experience and skill which is pivotal in driving our pursuit of excellence Our focus on expertise is not just about having the best professionals on board but also about fostering continuous learning and staying ahead in our field Powered by JazzHR
