Internal Communications Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with department heads and executives to gather information and updates for internal communications.
- Manage the company's intranet platform, ensuring content is current, relevant, and accessible to all employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate company-wide meetings, events, and town halls, including agenda development, logistics, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Provide guidance and support to departmental managers and supervisors on internal communication best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience developing and executing internal communication plans and campaigns.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging internal communications content.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,081,435.19 - ₹1,713,538.03 per year
