_Job Description:_

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collect and interpret data, build usable dashboards, scorecards, and other analytics.
- Import, manipulate, and analyse large amounts of operational data.
- Financial statement modelling, Budget preparation and variance analysis, Revenue forecasting to help drive decision-making for management.
- Partner closely with wide range of entities, countries and other teams within the Questel group to gain in relevance in the analyses.
- Standardization and automation of reports.
- Audit and organize systems and tools used among the group to produce today’s and tomorrow’s KPIs (Business Intelligence tools in particular).
- Coordinate to integrate acquisitions and/or new activities in our processes and tools.
- Work closely with Sales & Operations Directors/Managers to understand the needs and offer support.
- Develop financial and data models and tools that provide a platform to monitor and measure strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.
- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, expenses, gross margin, and capital expenditures.
- Support business development and strategic planning activities.
- Prepare presentations for Questel leadership and other stakeholders.
- Implement financial policies and procedures.
- Work on FP&A transverse projects on demand and proactively contribute to the FP&A team’s development.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- **Fluent in English**:

- Advanced accounting knowledge in terms of accounting principles etc.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in an international group or delivering similar services via Big 4 audit firm.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience in project management, tools implementation/migration.
- Advanced Excel skills,
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic personality.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Highly motivated and striving for continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Knowledge in Business intelligence & CRM software is highly appreciated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
