**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain and update all financial records and entries in Tally.
- Process and record day-to-day transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
- **Invoicing & Billing**:

- Generate accurate sales invoices for customers and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales team to verify order details and pricing before issuing invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in collections.
- **GST & Taxation**:

- Prepare and file GST returns, including GST reconciliation and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and maintain proper tax records.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in preparing data for audits and statutory compliance.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels, especially related to X-ray and dental OPG products.
- Assist in month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation.
- **General Ledger**:

- Maintain and update the general ledger and ensure proper accounting for all transactions.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of trial balances.
- **Bank & Cash Transactions**:

- Handle bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor daily cash flow and maintain accurate cash records.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounts, such as filing and documentation.
- Coordinate with the senior accountant for end-of-month/year-end closing.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- **Software Proficiency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
