**Job Title**: Executive Accounts

**Location**: Gurugram Sec-59, Haryana, India

**Salary**:25k-30k per month

**Experience**: 2-3 Years

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Account Executive to assist the Accounts department by handling day-to-day accounting work with an analytical mind and organizational skills. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, and reconciling accounts and other financial documents. This position will require you to have a broad understanding of basic accounting principles and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation.
- Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Analysing statements by banks and comparing them to the company’s ledger.
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Follow up for physical bills wrt payment made on scanned bills.

**Skills and Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office,Excel and Accounting software packages.
