**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Assistant. The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for managing online product listings, managing social media handles, implementing marketing strategies, analysing inventory & sales data, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Website Management on Shopify.
- Efficient Customer Management.
- Basic Photoshoots, and Video Editing.
- Instagram Page Management with regular Stories & Reel posting.
- Ideating & Executing Social Media Marketing campaigns.
- Inventory Management & Sales Data Analysis.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1 year of experience in a retail e-commerce company.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Shopify.
- Photography & video editing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance customer experience.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience in basic SEO.
- Creativity to execute Instagram & other digital marketing campaigns as per trends.
- Knowledge of women fashion wear trends and terminologies.
- Basic MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
