We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **E-Commerce Executive**. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and Shopify websites while working in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing **Amazon Seller Central** operations, including product listings, order management, and account health monitoring in Canada and USA.
- Support in creating, updating, and optimizing **Shopify websites**, including product uploads, content updates, and minor troubleshooting.
- Conduct **keyword research** and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating with logistics partners for order fulfillment.
- Help set up and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and analyze performance metrics.
- Assist in generating performance and sales reports for both Amazon and Shopify platforms.
- Provide support in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify).
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of tools like **Helium 10**, **Jungle Scout**, or other Amazon tools.

- Office Location: Calcutta Mansion, 4 Bishop Lefroy road, Kolkata-700020, Near Rabindra Sadan Metro Station.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
