As an **E-commerce Executive**, you will manage and optimize our online store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve handling day-to-day operations, improving website performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Management**:

- Add, update, and manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely updates.
- **Website Optimization**:

- Monitor website functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues and implement updates.
- **Order Processing**:

- Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders and resolve issues promptly.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in creating and executing online campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and website metrics.
- Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role (freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom platforms).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
