We are a dynamic and fast-growing Pharma company focused on providing high-quality products and services to our customers. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented E-Commerce Executive to join our team and drive the success of our online sales and digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing) to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Oversee customer service on e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Track and analyze website traffic and conversion rates, using data to optimize user experience and sales outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and technologies.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and digital sales strategies.
- Experience with product listing optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven, proactive attitude with a passion for driving online sales and improving customer experience.
