Looking For E-Commerce Coordinator

**Department**: Sales & Marketing / E-Commerce

**Location**: Bangur

**Reporting To**: E-Commerce Manager / Head of Sales

**Job Summary**:
The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart, and company-owned websites. The role involves coordinating listings, product content, pricing, promotions, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, updates, and optimization across all e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels, order status, and delivery performance to prevent delays or cancellations.
- Create and maintain product content including images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Analyze online sales data, traffic reports, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with marketplaces for new product launches, deals, and visibility improvement.
- Ensure all product pages are SEO optimized and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer queries and escalations related to e-commerce orders.
- Generate periodic reports on sales performance, returns, and platform-wise growth.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
- Good analytical and Excel/reporting skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising is an advantage

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / E-Commerce or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations (preferably in FMCG or retail industry)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
