**Role Overview**
The **E-commerce Associate** is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions within a fast-growing organization. You will contribute to **delivery partner acquisition**, **customer order management**, and **operations**, while also supporting sales and customer service teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills in logistics, e-commerce, and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Delivery Partner Acquisition and Support**:

- Assist in recruiting and onboarding delivery partners for various business verticals.
- Support delivery partners by providing guidance on company policies and processes.
- Address queries and escalate concerns to ensure smooth operations.
- **Customer Order Management**:

- Handle end-to-end management of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to resolve order-related issues.
- Provide order updates and follow-ups to customers as required.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions to improve service quality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- **Operational Support**:

- Monitor daily operations and assist in ensuring smooth delivery execution.
- Provide hands-on support during peak hours or when additional resources are required.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Support client onboarding processes and maintain records of business interactions.
- Promote Zorrro’s services to potential clients as required.

**Who Should Apply?**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; relevant internships or exposure to customer service/logistics is a plus.
- **Attributes**: Team player, adaptable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
