**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Operations**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s e-commerce platforms, including [specific platforms, e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.].
- Update and optimize product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- **Sales & Marketing Strategies**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive online traffic and increase sales.
- Monitor performance metrics and ROI of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend stock replenishment plans.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to e-commerce.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align branding and promotional efforts.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners for platform development and digital marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
