**Job Overview**: The E-commerce Marketplace Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence across various online marketplaces. This role involves overseeing product listings, analyzing sales performance, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Management**: Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Tatacliq, Myntra eBay, Walmart, etc.), including product creation, updates, and optimization.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Generate reports and insights to drive business decisions and strategies.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure stock levels are maintained and avoid overstock or stockouts.
- **Advertising and Promotions**: Develop and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all marketplace activities comply with relevant policies, guidelines, and regulations.
