**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams as needed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- Record customer interactions and maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve products and services.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Make calls to customer who have abandoned the purchase journey and help them conclude the purchase.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
