**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking clients and internal technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and solutions for technical issues related to software, hardware, networks, and systems.
- Translate technical documents, reports, and user manuals from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Participate in IT projects that involve Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring that requirements are well understood and met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, network, and support teams) to deliver quality IT services and solutions.
- Provide training to team members in Japanese as necessary.Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, ensuring they are accessible in both Japanese and English.

**Who You Are**

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**:Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal.
- **IT Skills**:

- Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure), databases, or programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Experience in working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural team is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
