
Customer Relationship Executive

**As a Relationship Manager, you will be entrusted with managing and enhancing our client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique needs of our clients, provide tailored solutions, and serve as a liaison between clients and our internal teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and play a key role in client success.**
**Responsibilities**:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services based on client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Ability to understand and articulate complex products/services.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹19,238.56 - ₹30,820.49 per month
