**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee curriculum delivery, planning, and quality assurance- Develop and teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming- Mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships- Integrate programming modules (game logic, interactivity, AI) into course content- Lead collaborations with industry and support faculty development- Organize game jams, showcases, and co-curricular industry events

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, JavaScript- Experience with game engines and tools: Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Blender- Understanding of animation workflows, storytelling, and level design- Strong knowledge of gameplay mechanics, UI/UX for games, and interactive media- Ability to lead teams, coordinate across departments, and manage academic operations

**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field- Minimum 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience- Strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
