**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Management**: Assist in developing, updating, and implementing academic programs and syllabi in coordination with faculty and administration.
- **Scheduling & Planning**: Organize class schedules, exams, and faculty assignments to ensure optimal academic delivery.
- **Student Support**: Address student concerns related to academic programs, provide guidance, and ensure a supportive learning environment.
- **Faculty Coordination**: Collaborate with faculty members, assist with training programs, and facilitate communication between administration and teaching staff.
- **Compliance & Accreditation**: Ensure that academic policies comply with accreditation and regulatory standards.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track students' academic progress, analyze data, and suggest improvements for better learning outcomes.
- **Event & Workshop Management**: Organize academic events, workshops, and training sessions for faculty and students.
- **Technology Integration**: Support the use of educational technology, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital tools for academic purposes.
- **Reports & Documentation**: Maintain records of academic activities, faculty performance, and student progress reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in academic coordination, administration, or a similar role in an educational institution.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, educational software, and database management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
