2. Assist in planning and organizing educational programs, including courses, workshops, and training sessions, to meet the needs of learners and educators.

3. Review and evaluate educational content, in collaboration with Subject Matter experts.

4. Analyze academic performance data and assessment results to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, informing decision-making and program enhancements.

5. Managing and taking ownership of academic calendar, along with manging staff/faculty calendar, with effective coordination between all stakeholders.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. 3-4 years of experience in academic coordination, preferably in the EdTech or similar industry, with a strong understanding of educational trends and best practices.

3. Knowledge of curriculum development, and calendar management

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including educators, and senior management.

5. Passion for education and a commitment to promoting lifelong learning and academic success for all learners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
