Position Summary:
We are looking for Inside Sales and Sales Support Executives who will work closely with our field sales team to drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include generating qualified leads, managing client communication, and providing pre-sales support to outside sales executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structured communication, multitasking, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales support to field sales executives including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and follow-up documentation.

Maintain and update CRM and sales databases with client and prospect information.

Coordinate and track leads from initial contact through the sales cycle.

Assist with proposal creation, product specifications, quotations, and pricing communication.

Build rapport with architects, interior designers, and procurement professionals to facilitate long-term partnerships.

Support marketing campaigns and track response metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Indepth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital outreach tools; knowledge of basic social media marketing is an advantage.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.

Understanding of the building materials and interior design ecosystem with exposure to selling at large real estate companies.

Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
