**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Support Finance teams with employee records, onboarding formalities, and documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and assist with facility coordination.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Professional demeanour with a positive attitude.
**Experience**:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate office.
