**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process and Review**:
- To check and revert to the mails of customers on daily basis.
- To do planning and coordination of visits in line with top management and team members.
- To do installation planning in line with team members.
- To check and verify readings received from the customers.
*To take follow up with customers related to readings if not received from the customer.
- To take follow up with site engineer and service engineer related to their visits and take the MOM from them.
- To maintain site visit reports region wise.
- To mail the site visit reports to marketing and service sales department.
- To take follow up with stores and purchase department for material availability
- To provide PF (Power Factor) report to customer.
- To provide PF (Power Factor) report to marketing department as per their requirements.
- To update video of readings received from customer on doctor power factor app.
- To handle problems/issues which occurs on sites.
**Learning and Development**:
- To impart induction training and on the job training to new joinee.
**Performance Review**:
- To capture and maintain record of KRA's on a timely basis.
- To actively take part in review of KRA's of team on monthly basis.
**Engagement and Rewards**:
- To maintain healthy, motivating & synergetic environment in the organization.
- To participate in employee engagement activities like conducting themes, spot recognition, grievance handling and rewards based on monthly performance.
