**Roles And Responsibility**
Collecting and sending documents received from the CS department to create BL’s
Creating Container load plan as per the sailing documents upload of MRP and pre-alert.
Knowledge of freehand shipments, coordination, and end-to-end process.
SI filling with the carrier, Placing a booking with the carrier and revalidation
Submitting of VGM and form13 on IDEX
Console planning and Surrender the original BL and Check the liner invoice Experience in overseas communicationPreparing daily status report, Creation of HBL
Uploading documents buyer’s portalPayment follow-up with accounts and carriers
Release BL to the shipper after receiving payments.
Customer follow up & shipment follow up.
Tracking amount receivables. Key Skills/Abilities
Graduate in any discipline.Strong communication and writing skills
Self-starter with problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Having an additional diploma in export-import management will be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
