Job Description - Request bookings with airlines, ensure bookings are made at current and accurate rates, consolidate and route shipments. - Commutations , suppliers/ shippers at origin to destination location regarding the cargo trace & track/special handling/delivery processes and documentation. - Monitor and maintain shipments until completion keep customers appraised to the export details of transactions in accordance with office export operation procedure. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation review and verify documentation. - Verifying partner invoice and processing vendor payments - End to end coodiation for shipment from client and partner for pick up to clearance till shipment departure.
