**Looking For**: Academic Mentors aka Inside sales person who are in charge of kids' study improvement and maintains a good relationship with parents and children through WhatsApp messages and calls and get the users converted into long term leads (Inside sales)

**Responsibilities: -** Make sure students attend the session, finish the homework, and assist students in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements. - Help students with their doubts and homework and provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users. - Monitoring the study performance of the student on a daily basis - Converting leads enrolled in short term course to long term course

**Qualification**:

- Graduate
- Age below 30
- Should have excellent communication in English and Hindi

**Salary**: ?500,000.00 per year

Fixed: 2.5LPA+2.5LPA variable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
