**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Experience**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensure all guests are seated comfortably and provided with all necessary information regarding the menu and specials.
- **Reservation Management**:
- Manage and confirm guest reservations, ensuring smooth operations and accurate seating arrangements.
- Handle reservation inquiries and provide information on restaurant capacity, dining options, and timings.
- **Guest Interaction**:
- Engage with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional services or upselling.
- Collect guest feedback through surveys or informal interactions to improve service quality.
- **Coordination with Team**:
- Liaise between guests and other departments (kitchen, servers, management) to ensure smooth service and efficient communication.
- Assist in coordinating special events, private dining, or group bookings.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist with managing guest databases and keeping up-to-date records of guest preferences, feedback, and contact details.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and guest waiting areas.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
