**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Executive with 1-3 years of experience to manage both domestic and international clients. You will be responsible for handling B2B calls, introducing services, and coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Coordination: Manage communication with domestic and international clients.
- **B2B Communication: Conduct B2B calls to introduce services and maintain strong relationships.**
- Service Presentation: Present and explain services tailored to client needs.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Reporting: Maintain records and report client feedback and issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

**-B2B Experience: Strong background in handling B2B communication.**
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Time Management: Ability to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
