**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from initial inquiry to project initiation. Your responsibilities will encompass client interactions, appointment scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to client inquiries via phone from various sources, including marketing activities and referrals.
- Validate client information based on established criteria and accurately record data in internal databases.
- Schedule appointments for clients to visit our experience center and warmly greet them upon arrival.
- Serve as the intermediary between clients and design teams to gather initial requirements.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings with clients after initial conversations.
- Provide tours of the experience center as needed.
- Maintain diligent records of all client meetings and visits, ensuring data accuracy and availability for internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 2-3 years of experience in client relations, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven experience handling high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong dedication to client service with excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of any ERP system is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience working with HNI clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing client interactions.
