Client Relationship Executive

Meet potential clients and gauge the viability of a working relationships.
Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
Identify a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.
Repair disengaged or fractured relationships.
Propose and deliberate potential solutions in consultation with clients.
Encourage clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
Settle clients’ concerns in a swift and professional manner.
Harness internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximise our profits.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
