**Position overview**
- As a Client Relationship Executive for social media, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth through effective communication and strategic collaboration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your role will involve managing client expectations, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their objectives, concerns, and feedback.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients by demonstrating expertise, reliability, and proactive support.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify their social media goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams, including social media strategists, content creators, and analysts, to develop customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Account Management: Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations in terms of quality, timing, and performance metrics.
- Issue Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working to resolve conflicts and maintain client satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹35,327.60 per month
