**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with legal documentation: Sale deeds, MoUs, agreements, etc.
- Coordinate legal due diligence for land/property acquisitions.
- Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and government departments.
- Track and manage litigation matters and court hearings.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and local property laws.
- Maintain and update legal MIS and document trackers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Law preferred - LLB).
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate legal coordination.
- Strong understanding of Karnataka land laws, registration, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication in **Kannada & English**.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with RERA, sub-registrar offices, and government liaison.
- Based in or familiar with the **Hubli/Dharwad** region.

**Salary**:
Competitive, based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
