Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Coordinator to support our legal and property documentation processes in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will manage legal compliance, coordinate with external legal teams, and ensure accurate documentation for land acquisition, property development, and registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with legal documentation: Sale deeds, MoUs, agreements, etc.
  • Coordinate legal due diligence for land/property acquisitions.
  • Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and government departments.
  • Track and manage litigation matters and court hearings.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and local property laws.
  • Maintain and update legal MIS and document trackers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Law preferred – LLB).
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate legal coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Karnataka land laws, registration, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication in Kannada & English.

Preferred:

  • Experience with RERA, sub-registrar offices, and government liaison.
  • Based in or familiar with the Hubli/Dharwad region.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience.
