**Profile: Business Executive**

Batish Technologies Private Limited, a Chandigarh based IT Solutions Company is looking for experienced and talented Business Executive (B.COM/ BBA/ MBA) for the position of “Business Executive” to work with us. This position requires strong written and verbal communication Skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform multi-task effectively and meet deadlines.

**Experience**: 2 to 4 years.

- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions and services to clients.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations and project goals.
- Searching for information to support business initiatives, create presentations, business plan, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and drive results.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Proficient in use of MS - Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of JIRA, Figma, Balsmiq, Draw.io, MS Visio will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
