Business Developement Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new business opportunities in the USA and Canada.
- Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored digital solutions.
- Sell web design, development, SEO, SMO, and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients.
- Manage and track leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.
- Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of web design, development, SEO, SMO, and digital marketing services.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and close sales effectively.
- Experience in working with clients from the USA and Canada is a plus.
Pay: ₹11,819.73 - ₹25,000.00 per month
