Job Summary:

The BDE will play a key role in bringing new customers, explaining membership benefits, and helping to grow our hotel and club membership business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach potential clients through phone calls, field visits, or referrals.
  • Explain hotel and club membership plans and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing members for renewals and referrals.
  • Participate in promotional events or marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the telecalling team for lead follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹33,000.00 per month
